2. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

2.1 Not Medical Advice

Nothing provided through AMILI Optimise constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment of any kind. This includes, without limitation:

• Coaching sessions, wellness plans, and coach messages
• Meal feedback and nutritional suggestions
• Health metric displays and trend analysis
• Laboratory results and interpretations

All content is for informational and general wellness purposes only.

2.2 Consult a Healthcare Professional

If you have any health-related concerns, always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before:

• Changing your diet, nutrition, or supplementation
• Changing or stopping any medication or medical treatment
• Beginning a new exercise programme
• Acting on any health metric result or trend observed on the Platform

2.3 Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, you must consult your doctor before participating in any AMILI Optimise program. The Platform is not designed to manage, treat, or monitor medical conditions.

2.4 Health Data Limitations

Health metrics tracked on the Platform (including but not limited to glucose, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, HbA1c, steps, sleep) are for reference only. Readings from consumer-grade wearables or home monitoring devices may differ from clinically validated measurements and should not be used for clinical decision-making without verification by a licensed healthcare provider.

2.5 Laboratory Results

Microbiome and other lab results are for wellness and informational purposes only. They are not for diagnosing any medical condition and should be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional before any health decisions are made.

2.6 User Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Medical Disclaimer
• You will not rely on the Platform as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• You assume responsibility for decisions made based on information provided through the Platform
• AMILI expressly disclaims all liability for health decisions made based on Platform content (see Section 9)

3. Description of Service

AMILI Optimise is a non-clinical, wellness coaching platform that enables:

• Participants to log and track health metrics, meals, and lab results
• Health coaches to provide personalised wellness guidance
• Structured wellness programs combining nutrition, metabolic health tracking, and coaching consultations

Access may be provided as part of a sponsored corporate wellness program or via direct enrolment. Any fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be communicated separately at the time of enrolment.

4. Eligibility and Access

4.1 Program Enrolment

Access to AMILI Optimise is by invitation or enrolment into an approved AMILI wellness program. You must be registered with AMILI or an approved partner organisation. Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.

4.2 Account Credentials

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your registered email account
• You must notify optimise@amili.asia immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• Each account is intended for a single individual and may not be shared or transferred to others

4.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update it promptly if it changes.

5. User Roles and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Participants

As a program participant, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial wellness purposes
• Log health data truthfully and to the best of your knowledge
• Engage respectfully with assigned health coaches
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other participants

5.2 Health Coaches

As a health coach, you additionally agree to:

• Use participant data only within the scope of the assigned coaching relationship
• Maintain confidentiality of all participant information
• Comply with any applicable professional guidelines
• Not provide clinical diagnoses, prescribe medication, or replace medical care

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

All users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, offensive, threatening, or obscene
• Use the Platform to harass, bully, or harm any person
• Submit false or misleading health data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent the Platform's authentication or security systems
• Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful content
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content
• Impersonate another person or entity

AMILI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice.

6. Health Data and Integrations

6.1 Apple Health and Google Health Connect

When you connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect to the Platform:

• You authorise AMILI to read specified health data categories from these sources
• You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings
• AMILI will only use data from these sources for purposes described in the Privacy Policy

6.2 Laboratory Test Kits

If you participate in at-home lab testing programme (e.g., microbiome analysis):

• The test kits are linked to your account via a Kit ID
• Test results are processed by AMILI and shared with your health coach
• Turnaround times and testing procedures are subject to AMILI's laboratory processing terms

6.3 User-generated Content

• You grant AMILI permission to store and display content you upload to you and your health coach within the Platform
• You are responsible for all data uploaded by you. Ensure uploaded content does not contain confidential or personal information relating to third parties without their consent.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 AMILI's IP

All Platform content, including software, design, text, graphics, wellness plans created by AMILI coaches, and reports, belong to AMILI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialise this content without written permission from AMILI or the licensors.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of personal data and content you submit (e.g., meal logs, messages). You grant AMILI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Platform in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7.3 Wellness Plans

Wellness plans generated by coaches are intended solely for your personal use.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting optimise@amili.asia.

8.2 Suspension or Termination by AMILI

AMILI may suspend or terminate your access:

• For breach of these Terms
• If your program enrolment ends or is not renewed
• For non-payment (if applicable)
• For any activity that poses a risk to other users, coaches, or the Platform

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• Your data will be retained in accordance with the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy before secure deletion
• These Terms will survive termination to the extent necessary to enforce rights and obligations

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMILI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

AMILI does not guarantee any specific health outcomes, weight loss, fitness improvement, or other results from use of the Platform.

9.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated insights, recommendations, and content are developed and reviewed with input from qualified professionals to improve reliability and quality. However, individual AI-generated outputs may not always be reviewed before being shown to users and may still contain errors or inaccuracies.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

AMILI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMILI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

11. Modifications

11.1 Changes to the Platform

AMILI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including updates to features, functionality, design, or pricing.

11.2 Changes to These Terms

We may update the terms and conditions from time to time. We will inform you of the material changes before they take effect through either email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes the acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, it will not affect any other part of these Terms of Use which shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore and all disputes relating to these Terms of Use shall be resolved in a court in Singapore.
